Mosquito spraying schedule | Environment
HORRY COUNTY, SC (WMBF) Aerial mosquito spraying will begin in the following areas on Monday, Sept 19 and continue until Sept 23:
- Lee’s Landing
- Little River
- Carolina Forest
Spraying begin in the evenings around 7 p.m. and continue until 11 p.m. as weather permits Monday through Thursday.
Mosquito control chemicals must be approved by the EPA to cause minimal health risk to humans and animals.; however, persons with asthma should remain indoors and keeps their doors and windows closed during spraying.
